New students may enroll in the LLM program in the fall (late August), spring (mid-January), or summer (mid-May) semester. We have a rolling admissions process, however, we recommend the following deadlines:
Fall Enrollment - August 15
Spring Enrollment - December 15
Summer Enrollment - May 15
PREQUALIFICATION
Candidates for an LL.M. degree in Elder Law and Estate Planning must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, or be admitted to the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Non-matriculated Students:
Upon request, we will allow a limited number of non-degree students to participate in the program. Normally, such non-degree students will already be engaged in an estate planning practice and may desire to enroll in certain courses to enhance their knowledge in a specific area. These non-matriculated students will be allowed to register for no more than 4 credits. They may be considered for admission to the degree program based on their performance in courses which they have taken.
