"Follow Me" Print is a mobile print solution, allowing printing from both university and personal devices, including from desktops, laptops, tablets, and smart phones!

"Follow Me" Print is available for use on campus, at any copier that has a ID reader available unless designated otherwise.

While connected to 杏吧直播app wifi, please visit this setup link and follow the instructions:

This will install a printer called "FollowMePrint" on your device. Print as you would normally, making sure you select FollowMePrint as the printer. When prompted for credentials use your 杏吧直播app user ID to authenticate.

Please contact OIT if you need further assistance printing from your personal device.

MacOS (Ventura or later), iPhone iPad (iOS16 or later), Android (13 or newer), Windows 10/11 (22H2 or later), ChromeOS 126 or later. Please note that minimum requirements are subject to change.

For Windows PCs, print as you normally would, making sure you select "FollowMePrint" from your list of printers.

Please note that computer labs and classroom podiums are not yet included in the FollowMePrint solution at this time. Please continue to use the existing print solution in those areas.

Walk up to any copier that has an ID badge reader unless designated otherwise. Then, place your badge to the reader. You should hear a beep or see the light indicate a card detected and it will log you in. Then, select Print, and select the print job, and press Print when you are ready. Remember to scan your badge again to logout OR press the "Logout" button when done. Please note that print jobs not retrieved within 8 hours are automatically removed from your queue.

Color printing is now available at the majority of copiers unless designated otherwise. Please make sure to send the print job to the FollowMePrint queue as a color print job, and deselect "Grayscale" when you are reviewing the list of your printouts on the copier screen. Please conserve color prints to only when they are needed.

Single sided printing is available. Please make sure to send the print job to the FollowMePrint queue as a single sided job, and deselect "duplex" when you are reviewing the list of your print jobs on the copier screen.

"Follow Me" Print is defaulted to greyscale/black and white duplex/double sided. While other print options are still available, the default is set this way to conserve resources.

Print jobs are stored securely in your personal "Follow Me" Print queue until up to 8 hours for you retrieve them by authenticating at the copier. Authenticating at the copier is done by ID badge or by logging in. If not retreived within this time frame, unprinted jobs are deleted.

Envelope and label printing is available. Make sure to select the tray as Envelopes for envelopes or Bypass Tray for labels. When printing labels, keep in mind that label paper is not one size fits all. Please make sure to use correct label paper certified for laser printing, otherwise it will result in poor print quality or a paper jam.

To scan or copy, simply walk up to any copier that has ID badge scanning and authenticate with your ID. Then select Scan or Copy as needed. Scans are automatically sent to your 杏吧直播app email address unless designated otherwise.
