Procurement Services oversees the vending machines throughout the campus. Our vendors are Coca-Cola (soda machines) and Aramatic Coffee Service (snack machines).
Please call 413-782-1237 to report a problem with a machine or to request a refund. When reporting the problem to Procurement Services, please provide the location of the machine, the type of machine (soda or snack) and the nature of the problem. When reporting a soda machine out of order, provide the outlet number that is posted on the machine. Lost money in a vending machine is refunded by Procurement Services.
