ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥apping to the PharmD program is easy!
0-6 Pharmacy students are guaranteed a spot in the PharmD program if they meet all progression requirements:
- Attain a minimum GPA of 3.10 following the completion of your first academic year.
- All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of “C-” or higher.
- , by the priority deadline of October 3 of your sophomore year.
- ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥app Pharmacy students who meet the 3.10 GPA requirement are not required to submit recommendations (skip this section of the PharmCAS application.)
- Transcripts from all schools attended, including ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥app and community colleges, must be sent directly to PharmCAS. This should be done as early as possible (end of August-early September) to allow PharmCAS two to four weeks processing time.
- Complete a successful interview through the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥app Pharmacy students will be invited to participate in a preferred interview day program designed to expedite your transition into the PharmD program
ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥app Pharmacy students who do not meet progression requirements should still apply through PharmCAS. Two letters of recommendation will be required (one must be from a professor). Qualified applicants will be invited to complete an interview after the preferred interview day (s).
*PharmD enrollment deposits are waived for ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥app Pharmacy students.
