Interested in scheduling a group visit to Western New England University? !

Our Group Visit Coordinators will review your request and get back to you promptly with details and next steps.

Group visits typically include a campus tour tailored for prospective college students, as well as an optional information session (based on availability). Campus tours last approximately 60–70 minutes, information sessions run 15–20 minutes, and financial literacy presentations run between 30-45 minutes. Additional Information

  • Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner while on the campus.
  • Chaperones are asked to closely supervise the students in their group and handle any issues that may arise.
  • You must have at least 1 chaperone for every 15 students.
  • Chaperones must attend the tour with the students.
  • If your group is deemed unruly or disrespectful, we reserve the right to end your visit at any time, and this may limit the group’s opportunity to visit in the future.
  • Typically, we can accommodate groups between 5-45 guests. If any groups have larger headcounts, please reach out for further information.

Lunch Information

Western New England University is unable to cover the cost of lunch. However, if your group would like to dine on campus, you may contact the dining hall to make arrangements. The cost is $13.15 per person. For details or reservations, please email our Aramark dining team directly:
